Brock East is a partner and original founder of McCarter, Catron & East, PLLC and is the owner and original founder of Regal Title, LLC. He began practicing law in 2005. Brock has successfully represented a large number of homeowners, homebuilders, and subcontractors in construction/property litigation, land use and construction defect negligence cases. His experience in these related issues allows him to bring insight and a unique perspective to the real estate title industry.
Brock began his practice of law in 2005 while practicing in Memphis with the law firm of Glassman, Edwards, Wade & Wyatt, P.C. In 2007, Brock relocated back to his hometown of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Brock is married to Jenny Peterson East and they have three children. More than anything, Brock is committed to the Middle Tennessee area and providing efficient solutions to his clients’ unique challenges and needs.
Danielle has worked in the real estate and title industry for over 20 years. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge in all areas of real estate and gets the job done. Originally from California, she moved to Tennessee in 1997 where she later met her husband, Brett. They love spending time with their beautiful children and in their free time enjoy making anything crafty with their family business, The Crafty Crane.
Kelly has over 26 years in the real estate and title industry. With her years of experience and knowledge, she can always help make the process a smooth one from start to finish. She has a new found love of traveling to the east coast to visit her son who is attending Princeton University in New Jersey. When she isn’t in the office, she enjoys spending time with all her fur babies.
Megan is our newest addition to the team and a wonderful asset to us. She has been in the title industry for over 4 years and spent a short time in the mortgage industry before that. She is always willing to jump in and assist on all aspects of the closing process. In her down time, you can find her traveling, attending concerts or doing anything sports related. She is originally from Bowling Green, KY and moved to Murfreesboro in 2008 with her husband Drew.
Emilee has worked in the industry since September 2020. She always has a smile and is willing to help in any way to help make the closing process less stressful for everyone. She enjoys traveling, watching movies and has a huge heart for cats. She also enjoys spending her down time with her son, Andrew, and doing all the boy mom things.
Amber is a new addition to the industry but is always eager and willing to jump in and help. She has been with us since March, 2022, and is loving learning everything about the title side of real estate. She loves spending time with her family, traveling and having game nights with her friends. She has a twin sister and lives in Eagleville with her and her two adorable nieces.
Originally from Iowa, Lisa moved away many years ago to Florida, then Missouri and ended up in Tennessee. In 2000 she finished her education graduating at MTSU. Lisa worked for several years as the Magistrate for the City of Smyrna then onto Insurance Defense and in early 2016 began her career in the title industry. In April of 2022, she was very happy to join forces with Regal Title as manager of the Smyrna office. She has 2 daughters, Anna who is 24 and Chloe 22 years of age and is very excited anticipating the birth of her first grandchild who is due in December, 2022. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her girls, camping, kayaking, going to concerts and traveling.
Brandi has been in the industry for over 5 years and is a great asset to our Smyrna team. She is always eager to learn and jump in to help get the job done. When she isn’t in the office you can find her shopping, cooking or hanging with her kids.
