Brock East is a partner and original founder of McCarter, Catron & East, PLLC and is the owner and original founder of Regal Title, LLC. He began practicing law in 2005. Brock has successfully represented a large number of homeowners, homebuilders, and subcontractors in construction/property litigation, land use and construction defect negligence cases. His experience in these related issues allows him to bring insight and a unique perspective to the real estate title industry.
Brock began his practice of law in 2005 while practicing in Memphis with the law firm of Glassman, Edwards, Wade & Wyatt, P.C. In 2007, Brock relocated back to his hometown of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Brock is married to Jenny Peterson East and they have three children. More than anything, Brock is committed to the Middle Tennessee area and providing efficient solutions to his clients’ unique challenges and needs.

Amber is a new addition to the industry but is always eager and willing to jump in and help. She has been with us since March, 2022, and is loving learning everything about the title side of real estate. She loves spending time with her family, traveling and having game nights with her friends. She has a twin sister and lives in Eagleville with her and her two adorable nieces.
